The Nets front office played a game of chicken with Kyrie and won. We all knew that Irving didn't have much leverage coming in so it should come as no surprise then that he caved so quickly. The only question at this point then becomes whether or not Brooklyn will actually keep the mercurial point guard beyond the upcoming season.
