On today's episode, Jason kicks things off by heaping major praise on Oklahoma City Thunder rookie big man Chet Holmgren following his Summer League debut. Holmgren looked as good as advertised, and he has to be the first sign of real optimism for Thunder fans since Kevin Durant left town back in 2016. Speaking of KD, with reports coming out now that the Brooklyn Nets are willing to wait things out on any potential Durant trade until they get the massive haul they're looking for, what are the chances that they run it back next season? If KD, Kyrie Irving and Ben Simmons are healthy and engaged, they have one of the best trios in the Eastern Conference. What's more, Brooklyn queitly boasts one of the deepest rosters in all of basketball when you factor in guys like Seth Curry, Joe Harris, Royce O'Neale and TJ Warren.
