We will always come across stressful situations in our journey of life. However, being mindful will help us negotiate stress a lot better. First, we must acknowledge that nothing is here to stay forever, and then believing that change is inevitable and will give way to the new will help us deal with stress better. Adding more stress to an already stressful situation is like piling more goods on an already full cart. It will be even more difficult to pull it. Instead, let’s just work on how we can offload some of the weight. Mindfulness helps us stay focused on an objective that will lead to the desired outcome.
