- Paramount Skydance (PSKY) has reached a settlement with California and other states suing to block its proposed acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery Inc., according to a person familiar with the matter.
- Critical Metals (CRML) shares rose the most since April, after President Donald Trump said the he reached an agreement with Denmark over Greenland that would give the US “permanent control over security” of the Arctic island and that this deal addressed US concerns over the territory.
