- Compass (COMP) shares fall after the company agreed to buy Anywhere Real Estate in a $1.5 billion stock deal. This would cement Compass’s status as the largest residential brokerage in the US.
- Coinbase (COIN) shares fall after the company raised $60 million in fresh venture funds. The new dollars will go partly toward tie-ups with Coinbase.
