Today's biggest winners and losers in the stock market.

On this episode of Stock Movers:

  • Akamai (AKAM) shares climbed as much as 16%, the biggest intraday gain since May 8 on news that signed an $11.6 billion, seven-year contract with it for computing power, adding to the AI developer’s growing list of data center deals.
  • Twilio (TWLO) shares are trading lower as HSBC downgrades the communications software company to reduce from hold, seeing “limited evidence that Twilio will capture higher-margin AI software” revenue.
  • McDonald's (MCD) shares are falling after executives at the fast-food chain said during it’s investor event that US sales would be “slightly negative” in the third quarter, after slower-than-expected growth in the previous one.
