Today's biggest winners and losers in the stock market, a look at the notable movers:
On this episode of Stock Movers:

- Meta Platforms (META) is set to raise $15 billion from a US dollar bond sale, drawing solid demand after offering juicier yields to win over buyers. Investors have placed as much as $58 billion of orders on the offering, or about 3.9 times its size, according to people familiar with the matter. The transaction is the biggest portion of a cross-border fundraising effort expected to reach at least $20 billion in total, the people said. Shares gained as a result.

- Palantir Technologies (TK) issued a quarterly outlook that pointed to a potential slowdown in sales growth, with revenue expected to be $2.65 billion in the three months ended Dec. 31. The company's sales were already showing signs of slowing in some places, with US commercial bookings sinking 31% from a quarter earlier to $1.46 billion. Palantir raised its annual revenue forecast to $8.53 billion, solidly surpassing the $8.2 billion average of analysts' estimates, but the potential for a slowdown in overall sales overshadowed the otherwise positive outlook.

- Walt Disney (DIS) is planning thousands of job cuts across the company, including TV, film and parks, with some managers being asked to target 20% in annual cost savings, according to people familiar with the matter.
