എറണാകുളം ചേരാനല്ലൂരില്‍ തട്ടുകട ഉടമയെ പതിനേഴുകാരന്‍ ആഡംബരക്കാറിടിച്ച് കൊലപ്പെടുത്തിയ കേസില്‍ കുട്ടിയുടെ പിതാവായ ജ‍‍‍ഡ്ജിയെ ക്രൈംബ്രാഞ്ച് ചോദ്യംചെയ്തു. ജ‍‍‍‍ഡ്ജിയുടെ ഫ്ലാറ്റില്‍ ക്രൈംബ്രാഞ്ച് സംഘം പരിശോധന നടത്തി. മകന്‍ കാര്‍ എടുത്തുകൊണ്ടുപോയത് അറിഞ്ഞില്ലെന്ന് ജഡ്ജി. മൊഴി വിലയിരുത്താന്‍ സിസിടിവി ദൃശ്യങ്ങള്‍ ശേഖരിച്ച് പൊലീസ്. ജഡ്ജിയെ സസ്പെന്‍ഡ് ചെയ്യുന്നതില്‍ തീരുമാനം പൊലീസ് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് ലഭിച്ചശേഷം മാത്രമെന്ന് ഹൈക്കോടതി ഭരണസമിതി. പതിനേഴുകാരന്‍റെ ജാമ്യം റദ്ദാക്കണമെന്ന ഹര്‍ജി വെള്ളിയാഴ്ച പരിഗണിക്കും. 

The Crime Branch has questioned the judge whose 17-year-old son allegedly ran over and killed a street food stall owner with a luxury car in Cheranalloor, Ernakulam. The Crime Branch team also inspected the judge’s flat. The judge stated that he was unaware that his son had taken the car. Police have collected CCTV footage to verify the judge’s statement. The High Court administrative committee said a decision on suspending the judge would be taken only after receiving the police report. A petition seeking cancellation of the 17-year-old’s bail will be considered on Friday.
