The government will ensure the protection of traditions at Sabarimala. The CPI(M) State Secretariat has reached a consensus that there should be no stance that opposes the sentiments of devotees. The party will revise its earlier position supporting the entry of young women. An official decision will be taken in the Cabinet meeting. Before that, consultations will be held with the constituent parties of the LDF.
