Psalm 103 is often called a “salvation-history” Psalm. It beautifully recounts God’s faithfulness through the ages, telling the story of how he saved and redeemed his people over and over. At its core, this Psalm reminds us: if God did it before, he will do it again. He is trustworthy, he is good, and he is worthy of our praise.
In this season of thanksgiving, take a few moments to be guided into gratitude.

The entire meditation text is as follows:
Psalm 103:1-5, NIV
1 Praise the Lord, my soul;
all my inmost being, praise his holy name.
2 Praise the Lord, my soul,
and forget not all his benefits—
3 who forgives all your sins
and heals all your diseases,
4 who redeems your life from the pit
and crowns you with love and compassion,
5 who satisfies your desires with good things
so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
