Hello, I'm Grace. For tonight's sleep Psalm by Prey dot com. We will be meditating on Psalm fifty seven. Take a few minutes to unwind from the day and relax your mind, body, and soul before listening to God's word. Take a deep breath, allow your chest to fully expand, then exhale slowly, release any tension in your body, and relax your neck and shoulders. Breathe in and out slowly. Close your eyes and focus your thoughts on God. Meditate on his faithfulness and love. Know his faithfulness and love are so great for you that they reach the skies and the heavens. No, He wants to lift your burdens and carry them to a far away place where they will no longer weigh you down. Take a deep breath. As your chest expands, think of all the problems you are facing that are causing your stress level to rise. Exhale slowly and surrender all your stress and anxiety to God and find relief and rest tonight. Allow His presence to calm your mind and heart as you prepare to meditate on God's word, Ask him to reveal his truth to you and open your mind and heart to receive it. Breathe in and out slowly. When the stress and anxiety of our day are keeping us up at night, the Bible tells us we can find relief when we focus on God's love and faithfulness and put our confidence in him. So less inca. So let's invite God's presence into our space and allow him to quiet our hearts to night and to give us strength for tomorrow. Psalm fifty seven from the King James's version says, be merciful unto me, O, God, be merciful unto me, for my soul trusteth in thee yea in the shadow of thy wings. Will I make my refuge until these calamities be overpassed. I will cry unto God most High, unto God that performeth all things for me, He shall send from heaven and save me from the reproach of him that would swallow me up. Sillah, God shall send forth his mercy and his truth. My soul is among lions, and I lie even among them that are set on fire, even the sons of men, whose tea our spears and arrows, and their tongue a sharp sword. Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens. Let thy glory be above all the earth. They have prepared a net for my steps. My soul is bowed down. They have digged a pit before me, into the midst, whereof they are fallen themselves. Selah, my heart is fixed, O God, My heart is fixed. I will sing and give praise. Awake up my glory. Awake psalmtude, awake, psultry and harp I myself will awake early. I will praise thee, O Lord, among the people. I will sing unto thee among the nations. For thy mercy is great unto the heavens, and thy truth unto the clouds. Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens. Let thy glory be above all the earth. As you lie down, meditate on God's promises and put your confidence in him. Focus on his promises to always be faithful and to always love. You know he will be with you throughout the night. He will give you rest from to day's troubles and will strengthen you for tomorrow. Breathe in and out slowly, close your eyes and imagine a baby bird taking refuge in his mother's wings on a cold, dark night. The mother's wings completely cover him and protect him from nature's elements. He is warm and safe. Take another deep breath, exhale slowly, open your eyes and know, just like the baby bird, you are safe and protected when you take refuge in God. He will be your comfort, strength, and shelter in times of trouble. He will keep you safe from those who seek to harm you. As you lay down to sleep, find rest in His wings that will cover you and keep you warm and safe tonight. Think of a time when someone criticizes you or slandered you and you retaliated with hateful words. Pray God will forgive you, and pray he will help you to forgive that person. Pray he will help you turn to Him when someone slanders you or criticizes you. Take a deep breath. Allow God's mercy and love to wash over you as you exhale. Release any guilt and shame you are experiencing. Release any resentments or bitterness. Praise God for his faithfulness and love. Thank Him for the times He has protected you and delivered you. Think of someone who is struggling with anxiety right now. Pray God will draw their heart to Him and lift their spirit. Pray they will find really. Pray they will find relief and rest tonight. Lay your requests before the Lord. Tell him about your hurts and struggles. Allow His truth to guide you down a safe, secure path where you can find rest in him. Pray for those who are being slandered and persecuted. Pray they will turn to God and find hope and peace in Him. Tonight. Pray for those who slander you. Pray God will restore your reputation while also filling your heart with compassion. For those who hurt others because of their own pain, Pray God will heal their hearts and transform their lives. Pray for peace tonight as you sleep, Pray God will give you relief tonight from your fears and worry. Pray God will give you relief tonight from your fears and worries and help you rest throughout the night. Take a deep breath Exhale slowly. Feel your muscles relax and your joints soften. Allow God's presence to comfort you and bring you peace. Allow His truth to bring you joy and delight. As your mind quiets and your body relaxes, get comfortable, Close your eyes and drift off to sleep that will refresh your soul and rejuvenate your body.
