Hello, I'm Grace for tonight's sleep Song by pray dot Com.

We will be.

Meditating on Psalm thirty seven. As you get in a comfortable position, relax your neck and shoulders, rest your arms by your side, and take a few deep breaths. With each exhale, release the tension in your body. Close your eyes and breathe in and out slowly. Clear your mind and focus your thoughts on God. Meditate on his goodness, on his faithfulness. Know the plans he has for you are good. Take a deep breath. Lift today's stress and anxieties to the Lord. Exhale slowly and surrender to his joy and peace. Breathe in and out slowly. When you breathe in, allow your lungs to complete fill with air before exhaling. When you breathe out. Feel the oxygen flow throughout your body, rejuvenating every cell and restoring every muscle and every joint. As your body relaxes, focus on opening your mind and heart to hear God's voice. Listen to your heartbeat and focus on breathing in and out slowly until your heart rate slows down. As you get ready to meditate on God's word, ask for his voice of truth to lead you down a safe, secure path that leads to peaceful rest. The Bible assures us we do not have to be afraid of those who do evil and wrong, because they will face judgment and eternal consequences. Tonight, we can find peace as we rest in the Lord, and we pay for our inheritance in him. Psalm thirty seven from the King James's version says, fret not thyself because of evil doers. Neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity, for they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and whither as the green herb. Trust in the Lord and do good. So shalt thou dwell in the land, And verily thou shalt be fed. Delight thyself also in the Lord, and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. Commit thy way unto the Lord. Trust also in him, and he shall bring it to pass. And he shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday. Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him. Fret not thyself because of him who is prosperouth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass, cease from anger and forsake wrath. Fret not thyself in any wise to do evil, for evil doers shall be cut off. But those that wait upon the Lord, they shall inherit the earth for yet a little while, and the wicked shall not be yea. They shall diligently consider his place, and it shall not be. But the meek shall inherit the earth, and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace. The wicked plotteth against the just, and gnasheth upon him with his teeth, the Lord shall laugh at him, for he seeth that his day is coming. The wicked have drawn out the sword and have bent their bow to cast down the poor and needy, and to slay such as be of upright conversation. Their swords shall enter into their own heart, and their bows shall be broken a little that a righteous man hath is better than the riches of many wicked. For the arms of the wicked shall be broken. But the Lord upholdeth the righteous. The Lord knoweth the days of the upright, and their inheritance shall be forever. They shall not be ashamed in the evil time, and in the days of famine they shall be satisfied. But the wicked shall perish, and the enemies of the Lord shall be as the fat of lambs. They shall consume into smoke. Shall they consume away. The wicked borroweth and payeth not again. But the righteous sheweth mercy and giveth, for such as be blessed of him shall inherit the earth, and they that be cursed of him shall be cut off. The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, and he delighteth in his way. Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down, for the Lord upholdeth him with his hand. I have been young and now am old, Yet have I not seen the right is forsaken, nor his seed baking bread. He is ever merciful and lendeth, and his seed is blest. Depart from evil and do good and dwell for evermore. For the Lord loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints. They are preserved forever. But the seed of the wicked shall be cut off. The righteous shall inherit the land and dwell therein forever. The mouth of the righteous speaketh wisdom, and his tongue talketh of judgment. The law of his God is in his heart. None of his steps shall slide. The wicked watcheth the righteous and seeketh to slay him. The Lord will not leave him in his hand, nor condemn him when he is judged. Wait on the Lord and keep his way, and he shall exalt thee to inherit the land. When the wicked are cut off, thou shalt see it. I have seen the wicked in great power and spreading himself like a green bay tree. Yet he passed away, and lo he was not yea I sought him, but he could not be found. Mark the perfect man, and behold the upright. For the end of that man is peace. But the transgressors shall be destroyed together. The end of the wicked shall be cut off. But the salvation of the righteous is of the Lord. He is their strength in the time of trouble, and the Lord shall help them and deliver them. He shall deliver them from the wicked and save them because they trust in Him. Drawing close to God and meditating on his word before we go to sleep can help ease our minds, calm our hearts, and relax our bodies. His word reminds us of his promises to those who love him, to those who commit to following him to night, Let's focus on taking delight in the Lord and surrendering our lives to him. Breathe in and out slowly, bask in the presence of the Lord. Close your eyes, and allow the Lord's power and strength to uphold you and sustain you through the night. Just like a firm mattress that keeps your back in line during the night, God's word is the firm foundation that keeps you from falling into the darkness. Focus on his promises. Visualize the wonderful inheritance that will be your reward for standing firm in the Lord. Take delight in your salvation that keeps you secure through the night. Take a deep breath inhale and exhale through your nose slowly. Feel your chest rise and fall with each breath. As you breathe in, allow God's love and peace to fill your chest. Feel his joy lighten your heart as you breathe out. Surrender everything in your life to God. Let go of your family, finances, and fears. Allow his presence to alleviate your doubts and worries. Release the tension and stress in your muscles. Relax your fingers and toes. Breathe in.

And out.

Think of a time when you envision some Think of a time where you envied some one due to their wealth or success in this world. Confess any jealousy in your heart. Ask God to help you find satisfaction in His provision for you, even if it seems small in this world. Breathe in his forgiveness and breathe out your guilt and shame. Know He will vindicate you with his righteousness and reward you for your commitment to him. Thank God for the ways he has provided for you and your family. Praise Him for his faithfulness. Thank Him for the ways he has blessed you. Think of some one who has fallen on hard times and needs God's provision in their life. Pray for them to place their trust in God. Ask God, what can you do to help them Tomorrow, take refuge in the Lord and lift up your requests to him. Know he will give you the desires of your heart as you take delight in Him. Put your hope in the Lord, and he will help you sleep peacefully through the night. Pray God will deliver you from your worries and troubles. Pray you will be patient as you wait for him to act on your behalf. Pray God will inscribe his word on your heart. Pray he will help you keep his commands and follow his path of life in which you can find safety and security. As you rest, Pray God will show you how to be a good steward of what he has given you. Pray you will be generous with your resources to others as He is generous with his provision and peace to you. Take a deep breath inhale and exhale. Slowly release any stress that is still lingering from today. Allow His peace to wash over you, rejuvenating your body and refreshing your soul. As your body relaxes, Rest in his presence, knowing ye will take care of you through the night.
