Episode 104: A Weekend in the City

On this episode of Show & Tell with Andrea Darlas: art in many forms…even putt putt! First up, Chicago-based playwright, Barrie Cole. She joins the show to talk about “Hamburgers and Disappointment: Plays about Enoughness,” a festival of her works happening now at the Labryinth Club. Co-curator Michelle White introduces us to Chryssa & New York. It’s the first major North American survey of artwork in decades from the iconic Greek artist, Chryssa. After that, celebrate the art of tap dancing with Mark Yonally! He has all the details on Chicago Tap Weekend, thrown by Chicago Tap Allstars and Chicago Tap Theatre. FInally, the “art” of mini-golf takes on a whole new meaning. Alison Schulman, VP of Marketing, takes us to Puttshack! It’s a food and mini-golf experience that is technological, super creative, and unlike anything you’ve ever seen.
