Pee Wee Gaskins was a master manipulator who befriended many of his victims on the way to becoming South Carolina’s most notorious mass murderer.  He stabbed, shot, drowned and poisoned more than a dozen people.  And for his final act he used dynamite in a brazen murder for hire scheme while his victim was on death row. Pee Wee conned everyone around him and charmed one unwitting accessory to assist in his final brutal deed.
