We've been friends for years and I've always admired his tenacity for dreaming big and getting after it. His comfort in the dojo as a sixth-degree black belt and Kenpo Master is matched outside it by his entrepreneurial spirit. He's written his own book and now launched his own self-defense company, Hammer Defense Products but he's just a humble hustling man as comfortable sounding in front of the microphone, too!

We got to walk the tarmac at Boeing Field to greet the US Navy Blue Angels on their arrival for Seafair and Major Joshua Soltan and HM1 Brandon Crawford took some time to tell us about their big bird the C-130 affectionately known as Fat Albert, what it does, how it handles, and a tight long flight across the continent to get here!

Hannah tells us all about how we can learn about our history to move into the future while having some fun in Lake Union.

City Fruit collects as much as 35-40,000 pounds of fresh fruit at harvest to keep the local community fed!
