With a focus on locally sourced ingredients, his take on cooking has won him a variety of awards.

His wife is his business partner, and between the two of them they opened Sidart, Sid at the French Café, and the innovative Cassia.

After years of disruption due to the pandemic and this year’s floods, they’re finally reopening Cassia in SkyCity.
