Could your mobile phone be a thing of the past? A new company has launched a product to let you go hands-free.
It's the Humane AI Pin, a voice and gesture activated wearable that can do many of the things your phone can do: send messages, read emails, make calls, get directions, play music, take photos and video, translate to other languages, and more.
It's not always on, it's not listening for a wake word - it's got trust and privacy built in from the beginning. It has a light on the device so others know when it's activated. But it's powered by AI and even in its demo, it got facts wrong. If you can't see a screen or make direct inputs then you need to trust that you're getting and sending what you think you are.
