‘I’ve Tried Everything but Therapy (Part 1)’ is the debut studio album from American musician Teddy Swims.
The album is a blend of pop, soul, and R&B, featuring ten songs, two of them singles.
His music features various heavy topics, substance abuse, mental health, and in an interview with the NZ Herald Swims admitted that he “made a promise to [himself] that when [the album] does come out, [he] will put [himself] into therapy.”
The title of the album is tongue in cheek reference to that.
“I named it that to buy myself a couple more months of freedom, of being a traumatised little s***.”
