It is exactly a year since the Covid 19 National Disaster was declared. This led to the pronouncement of a national lockdown, which started with strict regulations. Most businesses were completely shut during the hard lockdown. Regulations were relaxed as the spread of Covid 19 was brought under control, but most businesses could not re-open as they could not survive for weeks without any cash flow. The country is currently under alert level one but nightclubs are still not allowed to operate.
