The combination of Spring in the air, footy finals and a musical trip back to the hippy era brings a heightened, enlightened and at times frightened performance from members of the ensemble. 

The raft of topics is as always a cacophony of differing views on the problems of the world!  As long as those problems only concern old blokes kicking a footy, plus-sized men go-go dancing through the disco era and movies where the main star eats the other cast members. 

In a rare moment of brillance and clarity (for the show, not the man), Finey delivers a fascinating AFL finals connection.   

And in a not-so-rare moment of juvenile delinquency, Kev introduces the Fat Black Pussycat in South Yarra.

You get Ruck 'n Roll.  You get longtime radio DJ Kevin Hillier, sports nut and broadcaster Mark Fine, music nut and broadcaster Ken Francis plus lawyer and raconteur Stephen J Peak and you have an unusual mix. But the four of them have many things in common - their love of sport, their love of music and their love of chatting about that and more. Put them in a studio together and the mix is electric.

It's self destruction at the T20 World Cup as the Aussies do a Bradbury - something they don't need at the Winter Olympics, where gold is easier to find than condoms. Speaking of that, romance is in the air as the R 'n R Love God reflects on his Valentine's Day activites.   

Musically, we take a deep dive into the music of Joe Cocker. Where does he rate? What are his best and worst songs?
