In this episode, we hear from Pr Steve and his wife Toni, which we recorded live on stage at an event held in Bendigo, Victoria.

Pr Steve talks about the debilitating, and I mean debilitating, anxiety he suffered and the impact this had on his work, relationship, physical health...so much so, that in 1 year, he spent half a wage on doctors' visits. Toni (& Steve) also tell us about Toni's sleep apnoea.

They're incredible stories, such different illnesses, but the same outcome - a complete healing by God.

"Pr Steve & Toni": Extreme Anxiety & Sleep Apnea

Imagine lying in hospital, heavily pregnant (stay with me, fellas...think about yourself in this situation without the pregnant bit) and you have paralysis creeping up your legs. It starts in your feet, and each hour, doctors are coming in and doing tests, and drawing new lines on your legs as the paralysis is going higher and higher up your body.

And then, after your baby is born, your pelvis is so damaged, and you're in so much pain, you are told that you won't be able to walk for 3 months. And you live in a 2-story house with a 1-year-old and a baby, and your bedroom is upstairs, with the bathroom downstairs.

I can't imagine how difficult this would be to face... but this is what Saskia and her family faced. You will be amazed at Saskia and her Mum, Briar's, recounting of this story and what God does.

ADDITIONAL EPISODE

We briefly mention an amazing miracle of Briar's husband (and Saskia's dad) Ged - here's the link to listen to that episode

Dave's story is one of great power and graciousness of our God - where would Dave and his wife be today without the power of the Holy Spirit in their lives?

"Dave": Broken heart healed after death of son

I was in Vancouver, Canada recently, at our church's Summer camp.  At the camp, there were two ladies, from opposite sides of the world, who, when they got talking, realised that their lives, before coming to know God, were almost identical. Dysfunctional family life from a very young age, drug and alcohol abuse, teen pregnancies - the list of similarities is incredible.

AND the same God, the same Holy Spirit, that came into their lives changed them miraculously.

An amazing, heartfelt, inspiring story.

"Angie & Shannon": different countries, same story

I met with Sharon recently at the Vancouver, Canada, church summer camp. We got talking about the miraculous healings that she's had in her life, how she came to know the real God after emigrating to Canada from the Philippines, how God healed her and protected her from an incurable heart condition, tumours and the miraculous birth of her children. She also discusses how, when you are a person who loves caring for others, it can be particularly challenging when you need to be cared for, even by God.

God's power isn't just talked about in a book; it's alive in Sharon's life today. Enjoy.

Have you ever had a strong thought come into your mind to do something that seemed to come out of nowhere? In this episode, Pr Laurie shares with David one of the most extraordinary callings to God I have ever heard...and some amazing miracles as well.

Pr Laurie also features on a new channel called Tiny Van Revival, where Christian musician artists record inside a vintage caravan and tell backstories to their songs. Make sure you check it out, it's very cool and very uplifting - find it on Spotify or YouTube.

"Pr Laurie": A calling by God like no other (+ bonus song @ the end)

There are a couple of key messages that come throughout this interview with Andrew and David.  In particular, Andrew's acknowledgment that he is a very practical person, as many of us are, and how, when we can't fix something (like an illness with our kids), we have to place our faith in God rather than our own hands/mind to work it out.

Can you imagine if we did this for everything, in all situations?

Enjoy.

Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

Laurie & Debbie recount a serious crash Laurie had on his motorbike after having a stroke, which saw him in intensive care with multiple injuries, including a significant brain injury.

It's the most astounding story, one with many twists and turns.  You will be astounded by what God does for them both.

Just a quick warning, there is a mention of suicide in the conversation.

SCRIPTURES MENTIONED

James 5:14 Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:

Matthew 5:45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.

"David & Athena": Daughter in intensive care

This episode comes from a recent Healing Seminar we conducted, where we looked at what the Bible promises around healing, and what's happening in the world today around health.

We then interviewed 3 people, about their healing:
Tony - healed from rheumatoid arthritis
Jim - healed from debilitating back issues
Alison - healed from Anorexia Nervosa / Bulimia

This was co-hosted with Darren Barnett, MD, a medical General Practitioner who explained the medical background of their conditions.

This is more great evidence of God working in people's lives, for long-term benefit.

The video (with slides) of this episode is also on YouTube.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pUG9IChps10&t=1308s
