The big question on Wall Street continues to be, “Have we seen the bottom?”  One well known economist says “no.”  Nouriel Roubini says anyone who believes that this will be a ‘shallow’ recession is “delusional.”  He says be ready for severe recession, severe debt, and a severe financial crisis.  Now you know why they call him Dr. Doom.  If you are close to retirement, how serious should you take comments like this?
