The former nurse admits she killed her three children in 2023 but argues postpartum psychosis. After the deadlock note, a woman was arrested outside the Plymouth courthouse on alleged juror/witness intimidation.

In Utah, Judge Tony Graf bound Tyler Robinson over for trial on all counts in the killing of Charlie Kirk, including aggravated murder that keeps the death penalty on the table. Robinson entered not-guilty pleas. Prosecutors say DNA, tool-mark matches, and other evidence meet probable cause. Next stop: an October 23 pretrial conference.
