How To Be Unshakable

Everything that can be shaken is being shaken. But no matter how much trouble comes, if you have built your life on the Rock of Jesus Christ, you cannot be shaken!

Key Points:

1. Foundations matter. When people walk into a room, they tend to look at the carpet or the furniture, but it’s the structure that holds everything up.
2. The old method is the best for longevity. If you want to build something that’s going to last, you can’t use a quick “pop-pop-pop” air nail gun. If you’re going to build a church, you must use the same hammer and nails that put Jesus on the Cross, not the quick air nail guns; we don’t need a new gospel! A good structure and foundation will protect you from the storms of life.
   1. Jesus used a hammer and nails. Jesus became a man and waited 30 years before preaching any sermon or performing any miracle. After 3 and a half years, he used the hammer and nails that put him on the Cross to build a storm shelter of salvation that will withstand any attack Hell throws at you!
   2. Noah used a hammer and nails. Noah built the Ark for 120 years with a hammer and nails. He and his family went in a minority but came out a majority. And the only thing the flood did was get rid of his critics.
3. Don’t let the world mess with the structure of the family. The last generation put a man on the moon; this generation is putting men in women’s locker rooms. If the foundation is destroyed, everything else will crumble.
4. You will not know you gave up too much until it’s too late and the storm is upon you. Samson drank wine, married Delilah, touched dead things, and allowed his hair to be cut when he was forbidden to do so. But he realized too late that he had messed up. You can’t mess with the structure of your relationship with God for too long before it messes you up.
5. The life of the flesh is in the blood, but blood comes from the bones. If you start changing the structure of the Church by putting rainbow flags in the front of churches and accepting sin, you’re cutting off the life-giving power of the Blood of Jesus.
6. God can change how you walk. When Jacob wrestled with God, He pulled his hip out of place and changed his walk. Counseling or a program can’t change your structure; you need Jesus to do that.
7. Resurrection is always attracted to structure. The dead soldier that was thrown onto the bones of Elisha came back to life! When Jesus was crucified, his bones were never broken. His flesh was vehemently beaten to provide salvation. But the structure of Jesus’ bones was never broken because resurrection is always attracted to structure. You must not give up the structure of your faith.

Final Thoughts:

No matter what you may have lost or gone through, if you still keep the structure of your faith, building your life on the Rock of Jesus Christ, there is resurrection power coming to your life! No matter what the Enemy has done, God can still put you back on your feet.
