Paul Rutherford, Chairman of Cook County Crime Stoppers, joins Ray Stevens to talk about the tragic murder of Kiara Jenkins, a mother of 5 who was killed on her way Mt. Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church early Sunday morning.
