The expo is set for Sunday, Sept. 20, at 10:30 a.m. at the GENCenter in Des Plaines. Carbonara explains why reaching out, recognizing the warning signs and making sure veterans know they are not alone can make a difference. The event is being hosted by American Legion Auxiliary Unit 36.
