Rado is a prolific poet writer, speaker in both English and Filipino; mambabalagtas (Filipino poetry presenter/debater), performer and photographer.  He shares his writings, poems and opinion on current affairs through his social media page "The FiloSopher "and also through "TulaRadyo in Radio Tagumpay".   He is eloquent in Filipino discourse and so surprises people when he shares that he is not from a Tagalog area but from Dagupan City, Pangasinan.  Prior to coming to Australia, he taught in Pangasinan University of Luzon and Urdaneta City University, was head of the Community Outreach Program and was a Guidance Counsellor as well.  He has been recently given an award by the Knights of Rizal, and has roles in other community organisations.  He counts as his best achievements having a son and a daughter.
