(00:00-26:16) – Query & Company kicks off on a Friday with Jake Query and producer Eddie Garrison sharing some thoughts from last night’s preseason opener for the Indianapolis Colts against the New England Patriots. Did Anthony Richardson improve his case for the QB2 position? Plus, they note some things that stood out with the Indiana Pacers schedule after it being released yesterday.

(26:16-39:44) – With so many position battles going on, Jake highlights some players that stood out in the linebacker and the concerning performance from the secondary at times versus actual NFL receivers. Eddie asks Jake if Josh Downs, Tyler Warren, and Alec Pierce were big winners last night.

(39:44-45:41) – Jake Query concludes the first hour of the show by discussing not being able to evaluate the quarterbacks, or wide receivers, in last night’s game. Are the receivers getting open? Were the quarterbacks not anticipating the open windows?

(1:24:43-1:28:28) – Hour number two of Query & Company concludes with Jake bringing up his game that he played the other night when he couldn’t go to sleep. He has added a new wrinkle to it, but Eddie doesn’t understand what he’s saying, so he calls him a moron.

(1:28:28-1:57:30) – The Fan Morning Show’s Kevin Bowen joins Query & Company to give his perspective on the 13-13 tie last night for the Indianapolis Colts against the New England Patriots. Jake and Kevin debate the future of Anthony Richardson based off his performance last night in comparison to Riley Leonard’s. How do we interpret what Caden Curry did against the Patriots last night? Who stood out and who underwhelmed?

(1:57:30-2:11:30) – Kyle Neddenriep from the IndyStar makes his weekly appearance on Query & Company to chat all things high school sports! Jake asks Kyle first about the Elwood High School football team story that we discussed last week on the show, the football scrimmages that he will be attending tonight and tomorrow, and some of the responses on his coaches confidential story.
