Hello and welcome to the 2nd episode in this foundational pelvic floor podcast series. I hope you got to know your pelvic floor a little better since episode 1 so that we can hit the ground running today with some great exercises.

Today we’re going to cover:

  • Exactly how to contract and relax your pelvic floor correctly
  • Different prompts to help you understand how to squeeze your muscles
  • Why relaxation is just as important as contracting
  • And we’ll sneak a little pelvic floor workout in too!

We know that approximately 30% of women do their pelvic floor exercises incorrectly and I absolutely do not want you to be part of that statistic.
