Trade unions across Europe are calling for governments to implement the four-day working week, and some countries like Iceland, Spain, New Zealand, Japan have embraced the idea and in Scotland, a government trial is due to start in 2023 while Wales is also considering a trial. In this conversation, we look at the feasibility of a four-day working week, its pros, and cons and how this will change the world of work and labour movement.
