Morio was in conversation with Dr. Mabutho Shangase, a Research Fellow in the Department of Politics and International Relations, as well as the Institute of Pan African Thought and Conversation (IPATC), University of Johannesburg, South Africa.

He holds a Ph.D. in African Studies from the University of Edinburgh in the United Kingdom.

He is also currently teaches Introduction to Politics, at undergraduate level and has in the past taught Micro Politics, South African Politics, Research Methodology, Public Policy, and African Political Economy both locally and abroad. His research interests centre around the Post-Apartheid State, South African Public Policy, South African Political Economy.  Taking us through some of the top stories from the week.
