The African delegation of leaders' peace mission to Ukraine and Russia concluded yesterday. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said negotiations can only start when Russian forces withdraw from his country, while Russian President Vladimir Putin accused Zelensky of blocking peace talks.
