It is reported that professionals with ADHD face unique challenges during hiring processes and assessments, they may be overlooked for promotions despite their talents and capabilities. There is therefore a need for greater awareness and acceptance of neurodiversity in the workplace, as well as support for the positive potential contribution of individuals with ADHD.
