Former Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (Prasa) executive Daniel Mthimkhulu has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for fraud and falsifying his qualifications. The sentence, delivered by Magistrate Philip Venter in the Johannesburg Specialised Commercial Crime Court, includes an additional six years each for two separate fraud counts, all running concurrently.
