Minister of Electricity Dr Kgosientsho Ramokgopa says to completely eradicate load shedding, new generation capacity is needed. The country has not experienced load shedding in almost a month and it remains suspended. Speaking on POWER Breakfast on Friday morning, Dr Ramokgopa said load shedding is mainly caused by substations that have not been maintained in years.
