On this week’s episode of Politricking with Tshidi Madia,the first deputy secretary of the ANC , Nomvula Mokonyane, joins Tshidi Madia in studio as the country marked its 100 days of GNU. She begins by reflecting on the last two years of governance by the ANC and goes on to speak about how this might have impacted the elections. She speaks about how the ANC is reflecting and trying to fix itself post elections. She also shares how none of them are completely comfortable with the idea of the GNU but understand and respect the evolution of democracy and says even the alliance members that vocally speak against the GNU were fully and consulted during negotiations. She shares her thoughts about the working relationship with the DA and argues that the GNU is not about them and DA because there are other parties involved in the GNU. She wraps up the conversation by speaking about the parties issues that have played out in the media and how they are working together address those matters.
