Mark and I are so pleased to still see the book in the best-seller category, and still the best entry point of a comprehensive education on how to live an ancestral-inspired, long, healthy active life modeling and adapting the lifestyle behaviors of our hunter-gatherer homo sapiens ancestors into the reality of crazy, hectic modern life.
