The Spring Edition of the Liphook Community Magazine is on the way

Reined In is a new comedy film by Godalming’s Richard Stride, currently on the Festival Circuit. 

 Richard has hopes it might also be made into a six part comedy series (the Caulfield Chronicles). 

Petersfield’s Town Criers, Faye and Martin Thompson, were invited to play roles in the wedding scenes set at a stables. They told us about the experience.

Richard tells us more about the film, its roots in vintage British comedy, his own roles in Star Wars, and also about happenstance; how moving one way or the other leads on to big developments - or not.

Faye and Martin enjoyed the crowd scenes and you can see a fleeting glimpse in the trailer on YouTube (below)
