James Foodie Fairweather talks to NonI Needs about the joy of discovering fresh fish from local outlets, Sky Park Farm and Durleighmarsh Farm.

He was delighted to discover Johnson's fish from Portsmouth visit on Wednesday and Saturdays morning to deliver fresh fish to local Petersfield folk.

Halibut and seabass is on the menu at the Fairweathers.

"Great fish shouldn't be messed about with so cook it simply in butter, serve with samphire, jersey royals and broccoli", said Foodie Fairweather.
