The Poppy Appeal now underway, reminds us that some former soldiers and veterans may suffer Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

The Veterans Drop-in Group is open to any veterans or family members, and offers support.

Lesley Farrow, currently the Town Mayor, was a military wife for 37 years and set the group up with Chris Paige, from the Royal British Legion

Lesley spoke to Mike Waddington about the work of the group and invites veterans and their families to come along - held at Winton House, on the first Thursday of the month, from 4pm to 8pm; just drop in.
