Personalised Care with NHS @home

View descriptionShare

In this special final episode, we focus on the role of personalised care in keeping people healthy within their homes and local community.

We explore this topic through the lens of NHS @home, a national programme aiming to ensure people have faster access to more appropriate and targeted care within the local community and at home without necessarily having to attend emergency care or arrange GP  appointments.

Bogdan’s guests are:

  • Colin Royle - Senior Manager, Lived Experience team, Personalised Care Group, NHS England.
  • Laura Bimpson - Head of Implementation, NHS @home, NHS England
  • Matt Inada-Kim - National Clinical Director for Infection and Antimicrobial Resistance and Deterioration, NHS England and Consultant Acute Physician, Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
  • Shahed Ahmad - National Clinical Director for Cardiovascular Disease Prevention and Medical Director (South East), NHS England.
