As we continue to celebrate Cook Islands Language Week we talk to proud Cook Islander Teherenui Koteka who was born and raised in Rarotonga. She is 21 years old and currently studies film, theatre, and media studies at Victoria University of Wellington, where she is the President of the Cook Islands Students Association. Teherenui is working on a number of projects to bring Pasifika stories to mainstream media and film.
