Eight training actors of Maori and Pasifika descent at Toi Whakaari NZ Drama School - Eight upbringings, 8 lands, 8 identities, 8 creatives BUT ONE Talanoa podcast to celebrate pride in being brown.  As proud recipients of the Boosted Moana fund they have received a jumpstart fund to fund their podcast project named ‘Talanoa Toko’ - Talk to me Brother.

This project aims to normalise the practice of talking among our indigenous and Pasifika Youth and uplift our Rangatahi to pursue a career in the arts.  We have the Seiyan, Brett, Uatesoni, Lanakila and Gideon with us to share more about their project and fundraising efforts.
