Scott Tulua is a proud New Zealand born Samoan who hails from the villages of Nofoalii and Salaiula.  The father of seven(7) loves serving his community of Otara where he is a member of the board trustees for two (2) schools and coaches a few sports teams.

Scott Tulua runs a non profit which refurbishes old bikes for his community to enjoy.  S Double S stands for Serving South Side set up just over a month ago.  Scott shares more with Ete about the work they do.
