After more than four decades taking Pacific sports to the world, Rosie Blake decided that it was time for a change. 

She switched from sports to diplomacy after retiring from her role as the Cook Islands Sports and Olympic umbrella body, as the Cook Islands Consulate General, based in Auckland New Zealand.
