Pita has successfully operated a construction company and an Import and Export company over several years in the United States.

Finau has worked abroad as a diplomat and international aid worker for many years, They returned to NZ with their family 3 years ago and together have established Cornerstone Landscaping Ltd, Cornerstone Trading Hub Ltd and have registered a charitable organisation, the Village Hub.
