It’s been nearly three weeks since a social supermarket opened in South Auckland, the eleventh for the country but the first for the area. Foodstuffs and Māngere Budgeting Services partnered to offer this service as an alternative to the soaring food prices. But not everyone is convinced the social supermarket is helpful for the community.
