On Wednesday, the Royal Commission of Inquiry presented their final report on historic Abuse in Care. One of the survivors is Moeapulu Frances Tagaloa, who is also the co-chair of the Survivor Experiences Service. She spoke to PMN Senior Journalist Khalia Strong about the report, redress, and how religion and cultural barriers can prevent Pacific people from reporting abuse.

From next year, the government will implement mandatory reading, writing, and maths tests for primary schools. How will it impact our Pacific children, especially those who have been through Pacific language nurseries? Former primary school principal and Pacific language advocate Fa’atili Iosua Esera joined #PacificMornings to share his views on the matter.
