Dejealous Palota-Kopa is the 2025 Face of Fusion for the Pacific Fusion Fashion Show at New Zealand Fashion Week. Drawn to the unapologetic pride, mana and storytelling of Pacific-led spaces, she embraces modelling as a way to step outside her comfort zone and celebrate the beauty of being Pacific in all its forms.

Beyond fashion, Dejealous is a dancer, singer, model and actor. She made her acting debut playing a lead role as Leone in Coconet’s Polyfest-focused series First Place. She is excited to continue to build a portfolio that blends artistry with advocacy.

Professionally, Dejealous works with businesses and their leaders across Aotearoa New Zealand to foster inclusive workplaces. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Auckland and is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.

Her contributions have been recognised with the Prime Minister’s Pacific Youth Award for Community Service (2019) and the Ministry for Pacific Peoples’ Sunpix Emerging Leadership Award (2016).
