We're joined now on #PacificDays by Psychiatry registrar Dr Chris Seu, who is currently based at The Fono, for our talanoa series "Ngalu Fanifo" - A new wave for mental wellbeing on Pacific Days.
We’ve looked at different mental states over the past few weeks and one that is common for most people to go through is loss and grief. We will look at what Grief is and how as Pasifika our culture impacts how we grieve for our loved ones. We will explore the coping mechanisms of grief – during and after an event.
